MY STORY
How I Began and Where I’m Headed
I'm a Bay Area native with a lust for life guided by an Epicurean philosophy. I enjoy living an expansive existence both in work and in play. Connecting one on one with others, deepening under superficial layers, and learning about human development is the backbone of all my pursuits.
With many years experience as a Certified Massage Therapist, Wellness Counselor, Couples Counselor, Sensuality & Intimacy Coach, I've traversed a decade of curiosities leading me to a rich exploration of the human experience. While I’ve worked with women and couples, my greatest fulfillment comes from working with men. This passion drives my current PhD research on intimacy, somatics, and the psychology of men, focusing on how experiential learning fosters transformation and growth.
My Why:
We are in a pivotal time for men, especially in the wake of cultural shifts like the MeToo and Women’s Empowerment movements. While these changes are essential, men also need safe spaces to grow and be valued. My coaching, mentorship program, and immersive retreats create such spaces—where men can feel supported, understood, and valued for their strengths while also seen in their vulnerabilities.
I believe masculinity is not a flaw but a unique, powerful and vital expression of humanity. Men today are called to be their best selves, yet many lack the tools and support to achieve this. Through developmental coaching, I aim to be an ally—helping men heal, be seen, foster connection and grow into the men our world yearns for.
My Work:
As a Developmental Practitioner, my coaching style is rooted in an awareness of working with men's issues in modern times. I work with men to empower their growth specifically within the realms of relationships, intimacy, self-expression, vitality, and existential purpose. My approach integrates insights from Adult Developmental Psychology, Transformational Learning, Personality Psychology, Wellness Counseling, Masculine/Feminine Dynamics, Enneagram Institute, Gottman’s Institute, and Hakomi Somatic Therapy.
